1. Registration and Payment:

• Registrations are considered confirmed upon successful completion of the payment process through Razorpay.
• For those subscribing to monthly plans, payments must be made in advance as per the invoices issued.

2. Program Cancellation:

• Kitolit Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.

3. Robotics Inventor Kit:

• The Robotics Inventor Kit (if purchased) will be provided at the venue upon successful enrollment. No returns will be accepted for the kits.

4. Liability:

• Kitolit Private Limited will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the program activities at T-Works.

5. Media Usage:

• Kitolit Private Limited reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the program for promotional purposes.

6. Refund Policy:

• In the event that a participant decides to cancel or discontinue the purchased program for any reason, no refunds will be provided.

7. Rules and Regulations:

• Participants are expected to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Kitolit Private Limited and the program organizers while attending the program at T-Works.

8. Attendance and Conduct:

• Regular attendance is required to make the most of the program. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and disciplined manner.

9. Payment Gateway Charges:

• All transaction charges from the payment gateway are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds provided in the case of program cancellations by Kitolit Private Limited.

10. Program Rescheduling:

• Kitolit Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule program sessions. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes to the schedule.

11. Safety and Supervision:

• Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by T-Works.

12. Intellectual Property:

• All materials provided during the program are the intellectual property of Kitolit Private Limited and are for personal use only. Participants are not allowed to distribute or reproduce any program materials.

13. Communication:

• All communications regarding the program, including changes and updates, will be sent to the email address/ WhatsApp number provided during registration. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their email/WhatsApp regularly.

14. Equipment Use:

• Participants are expected to use the provided equipment responsibly and return it in good condition. Any damage caused due to negligence may result in additional charges.

15. Health and Safety:

• In light of health concerns, participants are required to follow all health and safety protocols as mandated by T-Works.

16. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from the program or these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mutual discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled as per the laws of India.
